A 3″ Main Water Line Burst
A Main Water Line Replaced & Re-established
A 3” main water line burst at the Horseshoe Bay Terminal. This water line failure shut down the facilities at the terminal entrance.
Drain Master was contracted to repair the main that was 12 feet deep.
A vac truck was used to expose the line for access.
Upon inspection, it was decided by terminal supervisors to replace a longer portion of piping as it was in poor condition.
The evacuation was expanded and the hole shored up for safety.
The Drain Master technician replaced the old 3” main line and re-established the water supply to the terminal.
